is there a best EHR software that works for both solo and group practice??

i have been solo for about 3 years and its been fine and my current setup works well enough for just me but im adding two more clinicians next month and already starting to feel like things are gonna break. the ehr software im on now wasnt really built for more than one provider so the scheduling gets messy, the billing separation is a nightmare and i dont even wanna think about how notes and client records are gonna work across three people.

was there a point where you just had to rip everything out and start fresh or did you find something that scaled without making you rebuild the whole thing from scratch?
