Attention! To not to be tricked again by USCIS again

I’ve noticed when people discuss their skepticism of USCIS intention to follow the law and do the right thing, they get tagged “negative.”

I am from one of the 39 countries so I really hope that the adjudication pause gets lifted for everyone as soon as possible.

But when I remember what this pause is all about, and how USCIS have gaslighted many courts on how this pause is temporary for 6 months, I can’t take everything they say as true.

I encourage everyone to read the status report filed by USCIS in the Dorcas case today:

This document says they have made agency-wide notification of the court order. All actions required to actually lift the hold on the cases have not been done at the time the status report was filed (see items 7, 8 and 9). Of course it might be true that they need some time to complete them. But how much time?

This is exactly how they gaslighted courts with the March 30 update telling courts what they’re doing, but as at today haven’t completed:

I hope that this time they complete it within the next few days. The DORCAS lawyers have so far seen through all USCIS delay tactics. I’m sure they can see through this (if used as a delay tactics) and request for update on the implementation.
