Hacker changed 2FA on my Instagram. Any real steps left?

Hi everyone! I need serious advice. My computer was hacked and the hacker gained access to all my accounts, including my childhood Facebook acc and a very important Instagram alt account.

I’ve given up on Facebook because I don't hace access to those emails anymore, but I don't want to give up with my Instagram.

My original email address is still linked to the Instagram account (I can see it when I try “forgot password”). I recieve verification codes! However, the hacker changed the two‑factor authentication (2FA) recovery contact to their own email address.

Has anyone successfully recovered an Instagram account where the hacker changed the 2FA/support email (not just the password)?
