Car Value Loss

I haven't played gtav since before enhanced came out but I just got back into it a day or two ago but only just checked how much my cars sold for and noticed that all my vehicles I own from pre migration are no where near the value it used to be when I try to sell at the auto. For comparison my Emperor Vectre(1.78m) I just bought post migration has a resale value of 500k but my Annis Euros(1.35m) I bought a year or two ago before migration is only 41k(or something similar) at resale price even though it cost a milly and thousands more on upgrades and what not.
