Sensitivity/pain around the clitoral hood after period? Please help (F23)

I ended my period around Monday/Tuesday but for some reason I was in the mood and masturbated using my hand right after my period ended, a few hours after that my clitoral area felt sore but nothing extreme. I would notice the discomfort while sitting down a lot due to having an online summer school course, and when climbing into my bed to go to bed but I cleaned myself with warm/water to get rid of any leftover period blood/discharge then I felt better after that but I did notice a smell right after my period ended even right after taking a shower.

I’m not sexually active other than solo play but I’m deeply afraid of getting an bacterial/yeast infection or a UTI, and I can’t really ask my mom or sister about it because talking about masturbation is pretty taboo due to religious reasons and I’m afraid of being shamed for what I did. I don’t feel as much pain or soreness as of right now but I still feel a bit sensitive, I’m taking another shower tonight and maybe some ibuprofen if needed. I also checked in the mirror if I accidentally injured myself after rubbing myself but I didn’t see any bruising, cuts or swelling, nothing looked out of the ordinary down there. I’ve been having major anxiety over this but does anyone if this is normal? This hasn’t happened to me before…
