Next steps?

I’ve finally decided it’s time to part ways with PwC. With all the new changes and how our salaries are not keeping up with inflation and the crazy hours it’s time to slow down and move on. But the problem is I don’t even know where to start. Where / what do you all recommend when looking for a new position at a new company? I’ve been at the firm so long I have no idea what’s out there.
