A level certificate

I'll be applying for the turkey burslari scholarship in the next opening but I have a question, I have completed Physics and Computer Science in this may June session and will be giving Maths in Oct Nov session. So it's expected that I don't receive my original certificate until may 2027 , by then the applications would be closed. In this case what would I need to do?
