Did a recent(ish) update change power management?

I’ve been working on a park since PC2 launched, but took a break for several months to play some other games that had accumulated in my backlog. I don’t think I’ve played since before the big weather update over the holidays. So imagine my surprise when I booted up my park for the first time in a while today to get back into things and suddenly half my power grid is down.

I have multiple rides and shops which were functioning perfectly well last time I played that suddenly have no power. And I’m scratching my head trying to figure out what changed and how to fix it without completely overhauling the power grid.
