Did taking iron change your kid ? ( in a better / happier self)

My three-year-old’s low an eye and I’m wondering if this could be actually affecting her mood
She’s very moody extra from what I think typical three should be

She’s also waking at night

I know symptoms online list a child defect and in it can show signs like that but I want real life proof
