Lower abdominal and groin pain.

M23, 6’1, 260-270lbs. I do have a doctor’s appointment coming up in about a week and a half.

For the last few months, but especially the past couple weeks or so, I’ve been having a bad pain in my lower right abdomen and groin. It almost feels as though it’s coming from above my right testicle. I feel bloated and full and it’s made my physically intensive job pretty uncomfortable. I’m concerned that it may be a hernia, though there is no bulge as far as I can tell. I’ve had other strange changes such as loose stools for several months, and pee that smells like I just had a cup of coffee. I don’t know if these are related to the pain but seeing as it’s in the same area I felt it important to mention. Could it be pelvic floor dysfunction? A UTI? I’ve been quite concerned and have bad medical anxiety and the wait for my appointment has been full of anxious googling and worthless self diagnosis. Any input or suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you.
