Oral issues with very heavy periods?

36/f. I have extremely heavy bleeding and Endometriosis. I’ve always wondered if my oral issues are related to the heavy bleeding (iron). I have a section of my tongue that doesn’t have taste buds and is painful with spicy foods. Curious if anyone has experienced this too?
