Suggestions on where to book AirBnB/VRBO in Eureka

We're planning a 3-night stay in Eureka for work purposes. Any recommendations on certain peaceful and quiet neighborhoods in Eureka? Please don't suggest anywhere outside of Eureka. Thanks!
