Can you hole on dxm?

I never holed on ketamine and I want, but that shit gives me bad nausea when I do higher doses. I also like dxm, but never went up a high 2nd plateau(with weed). Can you kind of hole with a 3rd plateau of dxm? Is a 3rd plateau enjoyable?
