Working in an office

I have worked remote for years due to several medical conditions which include severe migraines with aura and cervicogenic migraines. When I get a bad flare my vision is distorted and sometimes it’s so bad I have to take medical leave until it breaks.

I have been asked to RTO and I’m so sad. My doctors have all written letters requesting I continue to WFH and it’s not being approved. What would you do? I know the market sucks right now Andi genuinely enjoyed my career but I am so worried about my health and getting a flare up that takes me down again :(
