What is this? Is this a tonsil stone, cyst or something else? Please help!

I found this inside my mouth yesterday. 2 days ago I'd felt a little mouth pain but assumed it to be a sore throat as I'd been fighting off a seperate flu-like illness in the days before. I thought it was just a spot until i was eating a yoghurt earlier and swallowed something that was semi-solid. This made me think it might be a tonsil stone, but i also think it looks similar to a cyst. It burns really bad whenever i eat and it hurts to swallow.

Anyone know what this is or what i should do?
