Theory of psychology

With a thing as complex as the human mind there is no way we will ever be able to make a proven method of psychology for everyone. It seems to me it will be more like a statistical blueprint. While a set treatment method might work for most there will always be outliers. Because of this we need to change the name of the study from psychology to the theory of psychology. Doing so will keep it in perspective and also keep people who study it from taking themselves too seriously.
