Guys, if I can do it, you can do it too.

My Experience

Sales since Jan 2026

So, I started this ecommerce early this year and so far, I cleared $570K net of refunds/cancels. Was it easy? NOPE. with no tech background, I went through some tough time. Fast forward, it's running by itself while I trade stocks/options all day.

Lessons I learned:

  1. you can make money selling same/popular products that others sell. you don't need to create some unique product at all.

  2. refund the customer sooner than later. you end up having a low chargeback ratio and this will help your cash flow.

  3. social media, pay per clicks are the ONLY way to generate sales. DON'T BELIEVE IN SEO stuff - won't work.

  4. set your profit margin early and don't expect in making money on "repeating" customers. if you don't make money on the first sale, you don't have a chance.

  5. I sell leads to local businesses while I provide all the customer service. by doing it, I control the pricing of services and create an enough margin for me.

My goal - hit $3M sales, 10% profit by the year end, then sell this ecommerce for $1M cash (3x profit). I already got an offer at $300K in cash but that's too low given it has been growing consistently (and in auto-pilot mode)
