I’m from Argentina and 2 months ago I legally opened a company in the US because I’m interested in generating income in USD, since the Argentine currency keeps losing value and I wanted to build something outside my local market.

I’ve always been interested in e-commerce. In fact, I previously ran an online business in Argentina and did pretty well, but due to supplier issues I decided to stop and try entering the US market instead.

During this process, I realized I genuinely enjoy everything related to digital sales, so I decided to take dropshipping seriously.

For about a month now, I’ve been working on it every day: analyzing data, changing things in my store, testing offers, adjusting designs, trying to improve conversions… but I still haven’t gotten my first sale in the US.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

\- Redesigned my website using high-converting stores as references.

\- Ran Meta ad campaigns.

\- Followed common YouTube advice like “copy what already works.”

\- Also tried building a completely original store from scratch.

So far, nothing has worked.

My question is: how do I identify what’s actually failing?

Could it be the product?

The offer?

Not having a brand yet?

AI-generated ads?

A store that’s too complex or too simple?

Targeting the wrong market?

I’d really appreciate any guidance, especially from people who went through this stage and managed to get their first sales.

Thanks.

1 month in US dropshipping, daily optimizations, still 0 sales — what am I missing?
