About the reverse rail dash

Today I tried some combos with my fav bey (valkyrie volt) and when I tested it on 960 kick I accidently made it reverse dash. But not only that, it also xtremed the wizard rod 160 hexa.

So now I wonder can you use reverse rail dash as a delayed attack instead of a pure stall methode? Like everytime it did a normal xtreme dash i just missed or wasnt enough but that hit from the reverse knocked the rod into the xtreme pocket.
