Switching from TCS digital to a product based startup say like Paytm or Myntra - how tough it is ?

I wanted to know that how tough it is to switch from TCS digital role to Paytm or Myntra like startup after just 1 year of working at TCS. I will be joining TCS digital this year just after my btech this year in 2026. I am an expert at codeforces. Please tell honestly only if you have right idea.
