Churchill Downs owned Casino and Hotel

I stayed at Hotel and Casino owned by Churchill Downs and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had numerous issues while we stayed at this hotel including an injury caused by housekeeping staff. I ended up having to stay another night or two because I was in so much pain, I couldn't pack my things or even stand for extended periods of time. Management at the hotel was not helpful or compassionate and were actually quite rude, treating me like a criminal. I called Churchill Downs corporate office in Kentucky 7 times over 3 days and I never received a call back. I left messages with HR, administrative assistant and someone else persistently and I was very upset that they did not think my issues were worth addressing. I cannot believe that they didn't even ask hotel management to apologize for what I encountered. Is this the way Churchill Downs treats their customers... especially ones that have suffered injuries on their property due to the incompetence of their housekeepkeers??
