Kids on e-bikes vs the social media ban.

So there's a lot more reddit posts and news articles out there any kids being a menace on e-bikes. I have a theory (no evidence to back it up, mind) that it's because their off the socials a lot more thanks to the ban. Not exactly a silver lining but at least they're out and about being social... and a menace...with their friends.
