I'm no genius but.....

I know it's cheaper to hire another material handler than it is to pay out a claim to a customer.

Why are they paying out a claim to a customer? Because the operator that is supposed to be watching the quality of her product going down the line, is material handling her line so her numbers don't go down and in turn she doesn't catch the bad product going down the line
