Visiting soon, wondering what times PDC opens up

My wife and I are morning people. On our last day we were thinking to be in PDC around 730am and then leave by 11am. Will there be shops and restaurants open?

Normally I’d assume yes, but we just returned from Holland and nothing was open until like 9am.

Appreciate the info!
