What happens if Ralph killed Tony and hid his body?

Ralph could have killed Tony after blinding him with Raid, then basically hidden his body after getting cleaned up and gotten rid of it.

Assuming he survived and got rid of the body would New York be blamed? Could Ralph have been nominated to replace Tony as Acting Boss or would people suspect he killed Tony?
