Keep phone or get a new one?

CAD

I currently have a Samsung S24. Base model, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Got it 2 years ago as a part of a "Save and Return" plan.

My 2 years are coming to an end soon. I can either pay $380 CAD to keep the phone, or return it and get a new phone or plan.

The plan I had was really good, otherwise I would've rather preferred to just buy a phone instead of finance it.

So, I've been trying to determine whether I should return or keep it. Optimally, if I buy a new phone, I'd want it to be in the $400 CAD range. I know this limits my options a lot.

Last I checked a few months ago, my battery health is at 94%. The phone still works really well , and I don't really have any complaints (just wish new phones had aux ports).

I'm moreso leaning to keep the phone, but if anyone has any suggestions of phones that are ~$400 or less, wont lag super quickly, and have decent battery life, I'd definitely consider.
