Denied again

This is my 3rd time getting denied without even an exam. X-rays (on file with VA) and Drs. notes show issues and pain in knees and back. All of which was stated as favorable evidence in my denial letter. Is my only route at this point getting a nexus letter? I was stupid while I was in and never got seen for anything (infantry). So all of my medical evidence is from after I got out.
