Why do I not feel like I am myself?

Question

Hi, I don't want to get too personal, and I don't want it to seem too much like a vent I guess, but it's been a long time since I truly felt like I belong in my body

I try to make myself believe that I'm just delusional and my thoughts aren't true, but the more time that passes, the more it feels like I am not me.

I feel like a machine at times, a robot under some sense. I feel like my flesh is just a shell, like this body was someone else's and I'm just intruding it and pretending to be the person that this body used to belong to.

Sometimes I don't hate the idea of being a machine. But I hate the body I'm stuck in. I don't even praise myself in the sense of being me. All praises by myself to me are in third person and it's growing heavier to think that I am not doing what I'm meant to be doing correctly.

I don't know why this feels the way it does, I don't know if it's derealization, dehumanization, or something else, and I would love to know if anyone knows what is happening to me.

I have anxiety, ptsd, impostor syndrome and depression, but I have no idea if any of them are what's causing this feeling.
