What do i do?

Advice Needed

On my birthday (March 1st), I matched with this girl on Tinder through what I thought was a fake profile, just out of curiosity since I’d never swiped right on one before. Since then, I’ve been talking to the most beautiful girl.
We talk all day, every day, and we see each other pretty much every week. The feeling is kind of there. The thing is: she seems to struggle emotionally.
Basically, she might be bipolar or have BPD (borderline personality disorder) she’s never been diagnosed, so I honestly don’t know. She has days or even moments where she seems like she doesn’t care about me or even hates me, and then other days where she’s lovely and wants to spend time with me.
Since the very beginning, she’s been saying that we’re not compatible, that I remind her of her ex, and that she’s been seeing other people. But despite all of that, I chose to continue seeing her because I genuinely liked her and wanted to see where things could go.
Something else that’s happened quite often is that arguments between us have affected me a lot emotionally. There have been multiple times when I had panic attacks because of our fights, and during those moments she would tell me that maybe we should end things or that she isn’t good for me. But somehow, we never actually ended things.
The issue right now is that I can’t seem to forget her or get over her. She doesn’t want to end whatever this situationship is, but she also doesn’t know what she wants. And honestly, same because I’ve been going kind of crazy over here: searching for free tarot readings, constantly checking those X accounts that post zodiac compatibility quotes based on our signs, and even looking into love spells just to keep her close (not that we aren’t close already, but you know… just to stop things from ending yet).
In my opinion, we have really good chemistry. She loves talking to me, enjoys my company, and I make her laugh a lot. Our main problem is communication, basically.
Do you guys have any recommendations?
I can explain more in the comments if this is too vague or general.
