did we ever find out what the significance of the number 57 was?

not technically a spoiler, but in episode 9 it wasn’t revealed what was significant about the number, nor did we find out what happens to jax when he holds his breath. if either of these WAS explained/confirmed, please let me know. im a lil dumb lolol
