Open air close to La Chasse?

Hi all,

I was at friend’s place between Jourdan and La Chasse, we stepped outside and heard techno sound coming from further away (VUB? La Cambre? ULB?).
Any idea what’s happening? Cannot find any info online and I didn’t have the time to explore the area.
