Is modding the Nintendo switch as easy as modding the 3ds?

So basically I've seen people enjoying their lives with their modded switches and I have a lot of experience with modding the 3DS, but when I read the switch hacks guide I felt like I never knew modding.

I'm sure many here have modded both so would u consider the switch as easy to mod as the 3ds?
