So I’ve bought many decants from Scentoria, and honestly, their delivery speed is excellent. They have a great variety too, which is why I really wanted them to work out for me.

But I’ve noticed two major issues.

First, they don’t seem to display low-star reviews on their website. I had given a low rating/review for Blue Talisman around 2–3 weeks ago, but it still hasn’t been displayed. Similarly, I rated Roja Amber Aoud as average/mid, and that review also hasn’t been shown on the website.

Second, and more importantly, most of the samples I ordered from them smell watered down to me. For example, Bleu de Chanel, Dior Sauvage Elixir, LV Ombre Nomade, and even Roja Amber Aoud were barely noticeable. Sauvage Elixir, for example, is supposed to be very strong and room-filling with just a few sprays, but my sample was extremely weak.

That being said, some samples did smell genuine and not watered down, like PDM Althaïr and MFK Oud Satin Mood.

At first, I thought maybe these perfumes were simply not my type. But after my recent order, I decided to raise this issue and ask if anyone else has faced something similar.

People who disagree with this post are welcome too. I’m just sharing my honest experience. I’ve also ordered from other websites where I had a good experience, so I’m not trying to blindly hate on Scentoria.

I genuinely wanted Scentoria to be good because their variety and delivery speed are great. But based on my experience, the quality of many samples has not been shit.

Scentoria doesn’t display negative reviews!
