You just can’t win with this app and stupid customers

Delivering a small order, customer has the app set to meet with him for delivery. I hear him in the living room as I arrive so I ring doorbell, no response. Few minutes pass and I message him in app, knowing he is clearly already there. Eventually he messages me to leave at door after already wasting time.

Very next order, same exact thing happens where I arrive to meet with a customer and they don’t respond at all. This time I just left the order after 3 minutes standing around. Customer gave me a low rating lol.
