Fragrance for body mist and perfume

Hi, I’m pretty new to this whole fragrance thing and was hoping someone could help me out. So, my body wash is a coconut butter scent, my body lotion is cocoa and my perfume is moschino toy 2 eau de parfum. So far, my problem has been I’m not using any consistent scent, and everything I have is pretty all over the place since I can’t decide on anything. My problem is everything smells the same to me and I don’t like anything too strong, but that leads to me smelling like a bunch of nothing. The perfume I have only works when people hug me, then they smell and compliment it. I don’t know how to make it more pungent but not too strong that it irritates people’s noses.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a list or suggestions of some sort of scents like vanilla or whatever since I’m totally lost when it comes to that type of thing, and suggestions for good and reliable smelling body mists and similar products. Sorry if this is a confusing post, I can clear up stuff in replies
