Is console the reason?

Thanks for any input. My wife and I have been playing d4 since beta, never missed any season. She usually plays sorceress. She always look at online guides and had a blast every season. In season 13 she was playing mekunas ball lightning pit build. She uses blood idol charm. She already has the closest gear possible with the online guide, but yet she cannot make it past pit 145. She plays with ps5 which she said is not allowing her to blink to specific spot like using PC and mouse click. Her sorceress dies easily in pit even though she was doing crazy damage melting mobs and boss in pit 145. She feels there's nothing she can do to improve her pit survivability for this season. Is console the reason why? Thanks!
