I'll keep this short because most job posts are too long and you know it.

We're hiring a clinic coordinator for a dental practice in Dahab, South Sinai. The clinic is Dr. Adel Ramadan's. If you know Dahab, you have the picture. If you don't - small town on the Red Sea, slow pace by design, and a patient base that comes from everywhere. We've had patients from over 45 countries. Divers, travelers, expats, people on holiday, people who meant to leave and didn't. It's that kind of place.

Dr. Adel runs a precise, unhurried practice. No double-booking. No rushing. High standards, quietly kept.

We need someone at the front who gets that.

**What we actually need:**

Strong English — usable, clear, not just "conversational." You'll be talking to people who are nervous, sometimes in their second language. It has to work. German, Italian, Russian, or Hebrew on top of that is genuinely useful here, not just a nice-to-have.

Experience somewhere that had real standards — medical, dental, a decent hotel, anything where someone cared how things were done and you did too.

You're calm when the person in front of you isn't. That's it. That's the whole requirement dressed up in one sentence.

You notice when the space needs attention before anyone says anything. Small things. You just fix them. If this sounds obvious to you, you're already ahead of most people who applied.

Dahab has to work as a place to actually live. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's not for everyone. Be honest with yourself about that before applying.

***Small team. Serious clinic. Real job.***

Comment or DM if you're interested. Happy to answer questions about the role or what living in Dahab is actually like.
