Is LAH worth living in ?

Is anyb choosing to live at LAH this coming year. Brand new idk anything about it is it worth the risk. Looks hella nice tho but where’s it located ? I Wanan choose it but im worried because its so new nobody will choose it and the communities social life is going to be dead there

Also whats the chances non LAH members can visit and use their amenities like the ball court
