gift cooldown time?

hi, sorry i am unsure of where else to ask this so if this post isn’t allowed i apologise, i got gifted around 100 days ago but my account still says i’m on gift cooldown. i was just wondering how long it’s meant to last for, i tried looking in the different channels but couldn’t find any info. thanks and sorry again!
