Squads and Rookie Players

I have been running this game a lot the past 2 days. I have 14 chips (13 solo) but everytime I load into a squad match I am paired with either complete retards who don’t know how to read scoring rules or ridiculous ball hogs (that suck) anyone else run into this? Also I just saved up another 5k cred I got bron the first time who do you guys think is worth getting next?
