I fell for another woman, can't decide if i should leave my wife or not

I had an EA with a woman I met at a hobby thing. I love my wife but our sex life is not good.

I haven't told my wife about ea.

I would rather not if I am going to leave. I will obviously be honest if I am going to stay.
