Valor Communities & Anslee Farms - Thoughts and experiences?

Hey folks, the other week I was about to buy a house, but a kind redditor gave me a warning before I got wrapped up in the inspection of a property that had major issues. Now I'm looking to buy a townhome from Valor Communities, specifically one of the lots on Discovery Point/Anslee Farms.

I wanted to know if anyone had recent experiences Valor and their build quality. In the past there seems to be poor experiences, but it seems like they cleaned up their act in 2024-ish. (after the market cooled, and cardboard houses no longer go for 10k over asking price)
