I just watched two different videos on how to do a drain and fill on my 2017 honda accord v6 exl

One refilled the trans fluid using the dipstick location. The other uses the dedicated fill located labeled ATF. Does it matter? Reason i ask is because i dont have the extension long enough to reach ATF one.
