Pretty sure I’m having a 3rd miscarriage

I’m so grateful to have had a living child. I lost my first at 18 weeks, then successfully had a baby, then loss at 7 weeks, now spotting again at 6 and pretty sure we’re losing this one too. 1/4 success rate I know is better than some people have it, but I just feel so shit. I want them to do the d and c already so I can move on but I have to wait for Monday to be seen so I’m just sitting here staring at the wall and spotting
