ESAU, I think people are underestimating how important the crown pillar could be
Everyone keeps talking about the deeper exploration potential at ESGold (ESAU), but I honestly think the crown pillar angle deserves more attention than it’s getting.
For anyone unfamiliar, crown pillars are basically sections left behind by historic miners for structural stability. A lot of the time they can contain pretty solid grades because miners intentionally left material in place.
Now ESGold is planning to drill and define that material as part of the upcoming program.
Why does that matter?
Because if they successfully bring crown pillar material into the mine plan, you’re potentially looking at:
additional near-surface feed
possible mine life extension
and higher-grade material integrated into the operation early
That’s before even talking about the deeper system they’re now targeting with the ANT work and 3D modeling.
So now the setup becomes:
tailings production
potential crown pillar upside
district-scale exploration underneath
That’s a way bigger picture than the market was looking at even 6 months ago.
And usually when these stories start expanding from “single asset” into “multi-angle opportunity,” that’s where re-ratings happen fast.
Not financial advice.
