trying to replay number 1. anyone have this problem?

i just started up the game and ...i dont know why but there eye lashes are stuck on there cheeks lol....it looks really funny. which is fine but...i really want them to look normal now XD
is there a work around for this ? im playing the original mass effect 1 not the legendary edition, as ive heard the legendary edition is missing a lot of stuff.
