How do I remove the end of the ignition coil pack?
I’m changing the spark plugs on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline.
When I pulled one of coil packs, the rubber tip on it that goes around the end of the spark plug pulled off, and it’s stuck down in the hole, around the plug.
It’s down in the spark plug hole several inches, and I can’t get it out. What’s the best way? Go buy a long pair of pliers?
Also, is that coil pack shot? Do I need to replace it? (Maybe pulling the rubber thing out will damage it enough that the answer becomes obvious)
