Clinics near Seolleung that locals actually go to?

Maybe it’s just me, but every clinic I find online feels like it’s built entirely for foreigners.

I’ll be staying near Seolleung, so just wanted to ask if anyone knows clinics that locals actually use?

I’m currently looking into Ultherapy, but still open to suggestions.
