Is it weird for my dad to still baby my 12 year old little brother?

Idk I find this weird but my dad still babies my 12 year old little beither, I find it fisgusting honestly for whatever reason. He literally treats him or acts like hes still a toddler damn near, or like a 2-6 year old kid, and it’s just like wtf. Theirs gotta be boundaries but that’s something he would never understand, he’s a functional alcoholic and works a warehouse job😂. Not like that matters but is it weird for him to still do that or no? Or am I just trippen
