What are good or best carry-on luggage recommendations on the market that you like to use most?

I need a new carry-on. I am considering the Rick Steves rolling carry-on, the Rick Steves spinner, the Eagle Creek Expanse 2-wheel carry-on, and the Eagle Creek Tarmac. What are your thoughts/experiences?
